SBI PO Kaise Bane

SBI PO बनने के लिए आपको सबसे पहले 12वीं कॉमर्स/ आर्ट्स/ मैथ Stream पास करना होता है. 12वीं करने के बाद आपको B.Sc., B.Com, BA इत्यादि में से किसी भी कोर्स से ग्रेजुएशन Complete करना होगा. इसके बाद SBI PO भर्ती के लिए Online आवेदन करना होता है.

समय-समय पर भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा SBI PO भर्ती के लिए Notification जारी किया जाता है. जिस समय Notification जारी किया जाता है, तब आप इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं. आवेदन प्रकिया पूरी होने के बाद SBI PO का एग्जाम Qualify करना होता है. यह परीक्षा तीन भागों में आयोजित की जाती है.

इसमें सबसे पहले आपको Preliminary और फिर Mains एग्जाम पास करना होता है. इसके बाद चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया जाता है. इंटरव्यू Clear करने के बाद चयनित उम्मीदवारों के लिखित एग्जाम के आधार पर Cut Off जारी किया जाता है.

कट ऑफ Range पास करने वाले Candidates को भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा सिलेक्शन Letter भेजा जाता है. इसके बाद आपको Training के लिए भेजा जाता है. ट्रेनिंग के बाद आप SBI PO बन जाते है.

SBI PO Ke Liye Qualification

1. SBI PO के लिए कॉमर्स/ आर्ट्स/ मैथ Stream से 12वीं पास होना जरूरी है.

2. B.Sc., B.Com, BA, BE, BCA इत्यादि में किसी भी एक कोर्स से ग्रेजुएशन Complete होना चाहिए.

3. ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री 55% से 60% Marks से पास होना चाहिए.

4. आपका भारतीय नागरिक होना जरूरी है.

5. आपकी उम्र 21 वर्ष से 30 वर्ष होनी चाहिए.

SBI PO Ke Liye Selection Process

1. Preliminary एग्जाम

Bank Po की सिलेक्शन प्रोसेस में सबसे पहले आपको Preliminary एग्जाम पास करना होता है. इसमें आपसे Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning Ability इत्यादि से संबंधी प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं. यह एग्जाम 100 नंबर का होता है.

2. Mains एग्जाम

Preliminary एग्जाम में चुने गए उम्मीदवारों इसके बाद Mains देना होता है. Mains एग्जाम में कुल पांच पेपर होते है, जो 200 नंबर का होता है. इसमें Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis and Interpretation, General Economy and Banking Awareness, English Language, Letter Writing and Essay, English Language इत्यादि से जुड़े प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं.

3. Group Discussion और इंटरव्यू

Mains एग्जाम पास करने के बाद चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Group Discussion और इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया जाता है. इंटरव्यू Clear करने के बाद Written एग्जाम के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों का Cut Off जारी किया जाता है. Cut Off रेंज के तहत पास होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा Selection Letter दिया जाता है.
